She appealed to the Supreme Court.
Stay granted. Compensation stopped. Strict remarks stopped.

Now the Lawyers' Association for Constitution
has written to CJI Surya Kant, as reported by Bar and Bench.

Their concerns:
Her plea was listed out of turn.
Live proceedings were muted during the hearing.
The case was allegedly sent to a particular bench, despite the roster.

And the letter points out who the petitioner is.
The daughter of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.

Bro, think about it 😡
A normal citizen waits years for a date.
She got a queue jump, a muted hearing and a stay.

The student is still waiting for her compensation.

Rahul, say, is the only politician who is taking on Modi & Shah head on.. 24 x 7. He is only politician who is communicating with GenZ. He is only opposition leader with Pan India following. Even in Congress he is short of alone as most others are afraid of raids from income tax, ED & CBI .

With Dipke and team..their power is being non political. Thier power is education of team members. Their power is Age.. young, Theirs power is vision. Their power is being non-religious....

With Most media houses in BJP govt's control, opposition parties are always taken for ride and discredited. BJP spent million in branding Papu..
With CJP they are confused and that's an advantage CJP.. The pressure group...

In the same way, you will be handed a few wins, just enough to keep you contesting and to make people believe there was a real contest. Those few wins are the crumbs that keep you in the game and make the whole thing look legitimate.

For opposition:

Yes, elections are being rigged. But when you continue to participate in rigged elections, you legitimise these elections and help maintain the illusion that they are free and fair.

Maybe you keep contesting because you fear that if you don’t, you will stop existing. But what kind of existence are you trying to protect when votes are being stolen, your MLAs and MPs are being poached, and your parties are being split?

This is not political survival. You are simply trying to stay alive in a system that can weaken you, split your party or take away your elected representatives whenever it wants. How long can you survive like this?

And you cannot talk about election rigging only when it happens in states that matter to you and remain silent when it happens elsewhere. If elections are being rigged, it should matter regardless of the state or which party is affected.

You cannot keep saying the game is rigged while continuing to play it. Your participation is the only thing that gives these rigged elections legitimacy.

Think about the nation and its democracy before thinking about your own political survival. Take a stand and stop participating in rigged elections.

But peace was better. Business was better. Roads filled till midnight. Poor and middle class living quite satisfactory life.

Then fake promises powered by Gyanesh. Brought the worst.
Roads of towns & cities empty after 9 pm.
Traders crying.
Puja season but malls deserted.
Lacs of hawkers lost livelihood.
Lakshmi Bhadar (renamed) is rare.

But Gyanesh and BJP also cannot be above question.

If I am wrong, get news from your own sources. Beware of bhakts.
Even my friends with Sangh from childhood are worried.
They say we came to power by Hindu-Muslim and many other tactics. Now govt should stop Hindu-Muslim. Focus on real development. Give every Bengali confidence of better governance.
But honourable head busy with religious activity. Creating more fear. Hampering economic activity at ground level.

A1 & A2 making promise is too far to save West Bengal from current turmoil...
