@BakewellUK@lufthansa I am in a similar situation from the pilot strike. It appears Lufthansa is not managing the compensation claims for whatever reason and you may have to go through small claims court.
@SophieFlemig@lufthansa It appears that Lufthansa does not mind if your banking details are transmitted on a nonsecure platform exposing your information to the worldwide web. I'm not sure why they are unable to organize encrypted links or establish a secure form for reimbursement.
@almargoi@lufthansa I am in a similar situation, litigation through small claims court appears to be the only way to get resolution. There are not enough customer service representatives. Good luck.
@lufthansa@demontibus They will confirm receipt and then never resolve the issue. My feedback form from Sept 2nd was received and no action has been taken. I will be moving toward litigation shortly. This is truly shameful.
@demontibus@lufthansa You will eventually have to move toward litigation in small claims court as I am about to do for a similar issue. Can't get a hold of an actual person. Receive periodic emails about how "we are so sorry" but still no reimbursement. Good luck.
@lufthansa my flight was canceled on September 2nd due to the pilot strike requiring me to stay additional nights in Malta. According to eu law, my hotel, meals and transportation are to be reimbursed. Months after filling out the online feedback form no action has been taken.
