@amazonIN@amazon bought new @BoschGlobal washing machine from @amazon received used one confirmed by @boschindia installation technician now everyone washing thr hand for replacement. Horrible @AmazonHelp how these big companies make fool of thr customers.
Amazon customer care -getting worse
I ordered 2 mattresses from @amazonIN which never got delivered as shipment is lost in transit when I asked for refund the said seller will refund money when they will find the shipment with no timeline to refund my money it’s already 15 days.
@AmazonHelp That when I canceled not when you lost my order by your delivery partner and you will never refund if it will never found, This is exactly the customer service I am talking about even after being a prime member @amazonIN
Axis Bank does not allow my own money to be used for doing a merchant payment saying it will take 5days, CITI bank services were far better before they handover their customer to mercy of horrible service of @AxisBank horrible @AxisBankSupport
@AxisBankSupport After migrating to @Axisbank from Citibank the services gone horribly bad, blocked all online transactions w/o delivering new card and will take 15days to deliver card. Expecting no online transactions for 15 days in current digital age. #horriblecustomerservice

@RailwaySeva train 12907 started on 17th September from Bandra terminus is standing at Dahod station which is not a stop for this train for more then 2 hours, called railways enquiry to check reason but they don’t have any updates. How one can plan connecting journeys

@Quikr is running a fraud business, @Quikr employees call l,says buy primium service to enhance the ad effectiveness, paid they again call saying you are not getting call n msg as another set of primium service is not active so pay more and then again third time for more
