Bad experience with Zara! They took my order with prepayment and did not delivered on time! When called them, they said that there was some delivery issue and therefore they are cancelling the order. This cancellation was not intimated to me my prepaid @ZARA_Care 1/n

Secondly, @ZARA_Care was sitting on the amount prepaid by me. They only mentioned about the cancellation of my order when I called them. Had I not called, @ZARA would have eaten up my hard earned money. Not expected this from a brand like @ZARA @ZARA_Care @consumercourtin
