"I'm not a creator," I said while walking through my neighborhood this morning.

I was reminded that I just lied to myself.

I was chatting with Leslie Samuel, someone I see as a "true" creator.

He's good on camera, he's funny, he can sing and entertain.

And I'm none of that.

So in my mind, I believed I was not a creator.

But then Leslie reminded me who I really am.

He said, "you create podcasts."

And I said, "yes, but I'm interviewing other people…"

He later reminded me that my gift is to help pull gold from other people's minds.

And that is creative.

I am a creator.

And so are you.

If you post on social platforms, you're a creator.

If you record yourself talking, you are a creator.

If you write meaningful comments on other people's posts, you are a creator.

The truth is that most people here are lurkers (and I love you too).

But if you add something to someone else, you're a creator.

uSTOL achieved. Achievement unlocked 🛫

The plane crashed a bit later, which we knew was going to happen, and our simulations had already suggested so, due to structural defects. However, the main objective of the test flight was to test uSTOL, which was successfully demonstrated.

We are already building Lat One v0.2, which should hopefully complete a mission. Making a plane take off is only 20% of the problem. Making it land safely is where the work lies.

Overall, we learnt so much from this entire experience. We will come out better and stronger from this.
