These reporting agencies can not hear and see when Mamata Banerjee and Abhishek Banerjee were threatening the people of Bengal on TV?

It’s 6, not 9.

In the second row, the total 6 comes from 4 in the top row plus 2 from the extreme right.

In the third row, the total 9 comes from 6 (the number just above) plus 2 and 1 from the extreme right.

For the last row, the total is 19.
From the row above, you get 9 + 3 + 1 = 13.
To reach 19, the number on the extreme right must be 6.
