Yesterday the @educationgovuk published its annual updates to the list of approved disposals of school playing fields. Our outstanding @Shoreditch_Park is NOT there yet.

We'd like thank you @BaronessEB & her team for careful consideration of our case.

Still it's better and more safe to have sports and play time on the School Playground. Then been overwatched by strangers from their balconies and windows. Playgrounds not for building residential property!

This week Year 2 pupils visited the new Britannia Leisure Centre. They had the opportunity to play football on the rooftop MUGA. Their best moment of the trip was viewing the amazing new swimming pool, where they will be having swimming lessons in year 3!

We recently joined in with The Biggest Sing with Young Voices. This was a live event streamed from the O2 arena. Over 350,000 people took part, with 2,500 schools signing 'Lovely Day' at the same time! @Place2Be #youngvoices #hackney

@hackneycouncil @COLA_Shoreditch @mayorofhackney @AnntoinetteBra1 You should not make the pupils of @Shoreditch_Park as victims if your construction plans. Children needs playground and safe area for play next to the School. Playgrounds not for sale!
