@NorfolkCC just a heads up that temp traffic lights in Wroxham set up badly - no traffic from Norwich way but leaving on green long time but massive queues other side and only letting a few through at a time

Big thanks to @flow_insurance this evening. 19yr son broke down nr Brighton, phone not charged and we live 2 hrs away. You were amazing - found him and got him & car home. Jessica in call centre was brilliant.

Last day of the World Swimming Championships. So disappointed swimming wasn’t on terrestrial tv. Back in my racing days we were on 4/5 x a year. Now most people couldn’t name our fabulous top swimmers. Still one of the largest participation sports & a life saver. Kids can’t aspire to be what they don’t see. We need variation of sport on our televisions @britishswimming @BBCSport @uk_sport @GOVUK
