Kindly understand it's not about the amount of money you refund, It's about the harrasment one has to go through in getting the refunds. People trust brands like yours and expect such things to be resolved proactively!

@Cleartrip It was a round trip PNR - ZF5PHY. I already travelled from HYD-IND on March 20, 2020 but couldn't travel IND-HYD on March 30, 2020. Please see the attached confirmation from IndiGo on full refund processed (INR 2999) for Indore to HYD March 30th flight. Process full refund pls.

@Cleartrip Please see the attached response from IndiGo on amount refunded. Your customer care keeps lying that IndiGo deducted the amount, not Cleartrip. Here is the proof that IndiGo refunded full amount to Cleartrip.
