Have you tried talking to people about the January massacre?

Have you interviewed families whose loved ones were slaughtered on orders given by the guy who’s in the coffin?

Have you visited Evin and talked to political prisoners, or talked to families whose loved ones were hanged this year after unfair trials with no due process?

If not, the right thing to do would be to tell your audience about all of those things and then tell them WHY you can’t bring them the full story.

I’m asking this in earnest:

How does an American travel freely to my homeland (a place I’d be arrested, imprisoned, or worse) and take part in government sponsored events (a government the U.S. is in conflict with)
chant “down with the USA!” and come back to America without so much as being questioned by authorities?
