The Equalities Minister could not have been clearer:
Black Lives Matter and Critical Race Theory are political and do not belong in schools.
Teaching ideas such as 'white privilege' as a factual reality is breaking the law! 🚫👨🏫
By allowing somebody into your home to do a job, you're helping to keep another household financially viable.
By inviting your grandma over for a cup of tea, you're not.
Sorry to go against the grain, but it really is that simple.
A depressingly large segment of society seems unable to get its head around the idea that we cannot be completely safe from covid-19, in the same way that we can never be entirely safe from cancer, road accidents and all the other horrible ways people die every minute of the day
Anxiety over a second wave of COVID-19 is causing markets concern.
An exit from lockdown has to be carefully controlled, nothing foolish. A second surge would further damage economies and must be avoided. We have to move forward and unfortunately that is with the virus.
