Vandalism is nothing new, but always sad to see - eg the wanton destruction of these trees by #Armley Gyratory. Part of the sadness is wondering what psychological journey someone needs to be on, to get to the place where this kind of action seems reasonable. 😕

We don't criticise people when they litter due to full bins but we do criticise festival-goers when they litter when they haven't had a bin for 4 days. Why? Both are symptoms of the same problem
