@buildwtim Buidling in public yessir, edging into SaaS / marketing, but my real love is in the everyday driver. What a builder is looking at for too many hours every day.
The mission: make the agentic development work surface a DELIGHT to use.
Terminal Delight.
Agents hyperspeed building cool stuff.
And then bumped into 3 or 5 other agents and spent millions of tokens sorting out the mess going in bizarre loops and reciprocal no I love you more conflict coordination madness.
What do you do when you are roaring in a 14 agent flowstate and have 10 worktrees across 4 projects, 6 worktrees shared, 37 file collisions and a litany of...
COORDINATION FRICTION.
Terminal Delight is currently redesigning its git tooling to make git observability driven by what matters to me. Coordination friction. The git state and agent working state for projects will have high attentional load. Getting a heads up when coordination is becoming costly will termper expecations around PRs. It will be all drillable from project warning, all the way down to raw evidence and individual offending files and agents / terminals, and all least disclosure driven to avoid information overload.
While humans are still concerned with managing agents, this will be useful. For folks who have agents managing agents it is MCP'd. And this plays nicely with our other out of the box MCP to have agents able to spy on eachother directly, string search their transcripts, and even influence them to action.
Historical development loops had engineers managing diffs, reviewing PRs, waiting on pipelines. Agents can jockey all of that manual work... None of that will be in a human mind in 3 years.
Rethinking what is important for version control means not just changing the attention surface, but building the pipeline to make it ready to offload it to agents!
What we look at influences how we think. If we look at diffs in code, we think in code. If we look at PRs, we think in plans. If we look at coordination friction, we think in Terminal Delight.
@parkerbrowndev@NixFred I got 4 out 5 options added. The curved glass part would be more than this extension can do with how it redraws on top of the video. I also learned that I could push the project out as a release. So here it is:

@CodeWithTamara@todoist Good!
A good metric is: will the AI harness or services subsume what you are about to build in 6 months? 2 months? If yes, do not build.
@ravidulundu You in the far north of Canadia?
@dhh Why hasn't the Discord made a Canadia channel yet?
What must I do?
Where are my Omarchy Canada denizens?
Chatting with agents goes better on the Sunday long run when you can nose breathe.
Nose strips are an acceptable prosthetic for living in the future.
Who has gotten diviated septum surgery and had it work out great?
Builder's club!
This an awesome niche, but flies right over family Sunday dinner. Hopefully @NixFred is able tp share a 1 minuter on Terminal Delight!
I am sure other folks are building agentic dev environments with different philosophies, but if one out there is Omarchy native...
I gotta know!
