Still waiting for @EnterprisRep @Enterprise to assist me after my 11am call telling me the vehicle reserved isn’t available. Pretty stressful thinking you have a ten day vacay arranged to find out less than 24 hours before leaving you have no car that fits your family.

@EnterprisRep I rebooked a reservation through the call center I checked in online. thought I was all set at a different location. I followed up on my pick up time only to find out they don’t have a vehicle either. This is a poor system that doesn’t show real time inventory. Disappointed

@EnterprisRep You have got to be kidding me so I went aheadand then made a reservation with the 800 #Enterprise number to pick up at a different location was all set and checked in online only to call about being picked up in the morning to find out, they also don’t have a seven passenger van

Why does @Enterprise take a reservation and then call less than 24 hours before pickup to tell me they don’t have what I reserved available? Happens multiple times when I reserve. Now I don’t have a vehicle for the 10 day vacay to fit my family. No I’m sorry or solution
