I called at noon to rent a car at your location at 1019 Baronne Street in New Orleans. I got an email confirmation to pick up the car at 12:30. I showed up at 12:25. They told me they didn't have the car and won't have one all day. Why do you lie to customers

Well, @Enterprise failed me once again. Showed up at my appointed time to pick up my reserved rental today. No car. Common problem for this location. I'm not even sure why they keep it open. So, if the Buick blows up in Birmingham, and I don't make LibertyCon, blame Enterprise.

@Enterprise isn't any better. I made a reservation for an Audi sedan but then was walked out to a giant SUV. They know which cars are booked and when people are arriving but they never have the cars reserved.

Hi Iain Macwhirtet here. I sent a full statement to [email protected][email protected] and [email protected] did anyone receive it? Alamo don’t have ANY customer service or complaint mechanism - which may be part of the problem. You have people working there who think customers should beg to have their bookings honoured and their money taken (and not returned!) I have never experience anything like it. The first rule of service is that the customer is always right even if they are old men

@EnterprisRep I rebooked a reservation through the call center I checked in online. thought I was all set at a different location. I followed up on my pick up time only to find out they don’t have a vehicle either. This is a poor system that doesn’t show real time inventory. Disappointed

The rental car game has changed. I was in the industry for 25 years. Customer service was key. No more about the customer. @enterprisecares in Lawrenceville GA on Riverside Pkwy had horrible customer service. The young guy has no patience. Argumentative and a rude. Diabolical

Why does @Enterprise take a reservation and then call less than 24 hours before pickup to tell me they don’t have what I reserved available? Happens multiple times when I reserve. Now I don’t have a vehicle for the 10 day vacay to fit my family. No I’m sorry or solution

I’ll never book w @Enterprise again. I reserved a luxury car over 3 weeks ago and my location had no luxury or premium cars.They send me to the airport and the price is quadrupled I’m a “walk up” I call corporate who told me my location has a premium car available this eve.

@Enterprise so I bought a car IN MARCH and it’s been down hill since the moment I pulled in my driveway it started off with a small oil leak I called the dealership asap they say basically not our problem anymore take it to the dealership now $3000 later I still have no car!!!!!

@Enterprise you are making us regret renting with you. Actually, you DID MAKE US REGRET IT. We shouldn’t have to come in and wait for “someone” to bring the keys so they can “decide which car they are going to give us” when we made a reservation. Your check out process is dumb and slow. Additionally, we shouldn’t have to wait for you to tell us you don’t have the car we expected. You have a “pickup truck”. Really? You’ve done this to us before in another state. Today, y’all are going to be added to Road Tour’s Most Hated list as soon as we get back to the office. This is a miserable experience. We’ve cancelled our reservation. We’re done with you. We don’t like how you operate. It’s terrible.
We’re an AVIS Preferred and Alamo Insider member, we should have went with @Avis or @Alamo. Folks, AVIS and Alamo are better better in service.

@Enterprise I returned my rental car three days ago but they keep charging me. I’ve called three times with no calls back. I’ve provided the name of the person, time I dropped off, nobody will help me. Can someone helpful actually call, resolve this, give me the money back?
