I missed my flight & I'm waiting since 1hr at Mumbai Airport Indigo reservation counter and there is no one at the counter and I'm in a urgency. Even Indigo customer care is not helping. This is really disappointing and poor experience.

My mobile was snatched on 20th May around 8:45pm then I filed the complaint in Ashok Vihar Police Station, it's been 5 days still there is no action against the FIR and IMEI tracking not even started. It's very disappointing and poor service !!
