The horrific murder of a young woman in Mohali raises serious concerns about women’s safety and public security. Such a brutal crime demands urgent action and accountability.

We demand immediate and transparent action from the Punjab government and Punjab Police. The perpetrators must be identified, arrested, and punished without delay. Citizens cannot be expected to live in fear while criminals roam free.

When citizens fear their vote is no longer secret, democracy itself is weakened.

Whether ballots or EVMs, the real issue is not the method - it is trust, transparency, and confidentiality.

Free elections cannot survive where voters suspect surveillance behind the curtain.
