It's been 4 days and I still have no credible update or resolution to my lost bag issue. @Uber_Support @UberINSupport @BlrCityPolice @blrcitytraffic

Hey @Uber_India, it shouldn't be this hard for a customer to get back their belongings.

This is the second such instance I've heard. The first concerned medicines which put lives at risk.

Pls improve your processes & ask your driver partners to be a little more considerate.

I have sent several messages to Uber via the app and called the driver, Mahesha multiple times. Even the cops have called him. He was supposed to return the bag this evening at 6.30pm. his phone is switched off and no response from Uber

@Uber_India @BlrCityPolice @blrcitytraffic And started to yell and scream, saying "it's not my problem if you are irresponsible and behave like this, leaving your bag in my car. You can go do whatever you want, I don't care".
It has been 48 hours since I left my bag in the cab.

This occurred during the demolition process. We were told to take our things, everything and go.
