Le drama autour de Benjamin était prévisible.

Et autant on peut dire ça ne se fait pas l'acharnement qu'il reçoit, là je suis 100% d'accord.

Autant dire "on comprend pas" c'est être dans un déni profond.

Le truc était pourtant prévisible à 100km, il dit et je cite :

"Mon SaaS vient de passer les 3k€ MRR alors que je n'ai jamais fait de Marketing."

Le choix des mots ici + le montant est ce qui a causé le drama.

Ce choix de phrase, la tournure des mots, que ce soit volontaire ou non, fait penser que les 3k sont tombés du ciel "sans avoir bossé" sur autre chose que le code.

Hors, parler à son audience de son outil c'est déjà du marketing par définition.

Mais même en dehors de ça, rien que cette vidéo là qui date d'un an rend la phrase "triggerante".

Et ça, c'est sans compter la fois où il a bossé avec un mec pour la partie market.

Il avait même annoncé ça ici justement.

Moi perso, j'ai compris sa phrase.

Le but n'était pas de dire qu'il a fait 0 actions marketing du tout, mais que ça n'avait pas réellement commencé.

Qu'il n'avait pas entamé de VRAIE phase marketing à fond et sur la durée, en dehors d'en parler à son audience et faire du build in public.

En tout cas c'est naturellement ce que je me suis dit sur le message de fond, et par contre...

Direct, sans même avoir ouvert les commentaires du post, je savais que ce serait mal perçu.

C'était plus que prévisible.

Est-ce que c'est propre à l'écosystème FR ce drama ?

Pour le coup non, des mecs dans l'écosystème EN qui se prennent des shitstorm à cause d'une tournure de phrase maladroite ça arrive littéralement tous les jours.

Je veux bien dire que l'écosystème FR est souvent à vomir, mais là dans le cas présent, c'est pas propre à l'écosystème FR et surtout...

C'était PLUS que prévisible.
