They claim that this needs to be done on all EVs, every couple of years, and they think consumers should fork out £613 every time!

@Hyundai_UK your dealerships flushed the battery coolant in my Ioniq EV twice in the space of 18mths. They charged me £612 and now your telephone Customer Service team claim this work is standard for all EVs and is not covered in service plans or warranty.
