@policybazaar @PBHelpDesk - You guys are crooks when it comes to refund. @HDFCERGOGIC @HereByHDFCERGO declined a policy - which is fair, but the refund of almost 2Lacs is stuck for 20 days now.

@policybazaar Aastha - but nothing has come through on this at all. It's 4 lacs + amount paid in other policies - which too I plan to cancel now. This is ridiculous and beyond my comprehension that a payment which you guys deducted is NOT being refunded. @YashishDahiya @pen5ta

@irdaindia @jagograhakjago This is becoming a major issue. At the time of payment was confirmed that the refund will be released if at all it comes to that within 2-3 days at max. It's been 20 days. Cheats & Crooks at @policybazaar and @HDFCERGOGIC are not even bothered to respon
