Your support confirmed I’d get a full refund (minus ₹1,900 convenience fee).
Yet after cancellation, they deducted an extra ₹3,200

@ICICIBank_Care I have been receiving hundreds of spam calls for credit card despite me saying no. Your agents are disrespectful and have created fake application requests. They are sending a "life-time" free credit to my address despite me disagreeing with it repeatedly. Check!

@Olacabs Took a ride in Indore and the fare was automatically deducted from my account. The driver refused to accept and was unwilling to check his bank account. Took money via cash. Rude driver, pathetic experience, no customer calling number.
