மேலும், சூரத் நகரில் அடுத்த சில நாட்களில் பல வெடிக்காத கு*டுகள் மீட்கப்பட்டன.

அதெல்லாம் வெடித்திருந்தால்🙄🙄
ம*ண எண்ணிக்கை இன்னும் அதிகமாயிருக்கும்..

மருத்துவ மனையில் வைக்கப்பட்டது ஏன் என்றால் காயமடைந்தோர் அங்கே தான் கொண்டு செல்ல படுவார்கள் என கணித்து தீட்ட பட்ட திட்டம் ..நல்ல வேலை அத்திட்டம் நிறைவேற வில்லை..🥺

இந்த சம்பவத்தில் 78 பேர் மீது குற்றம்சாட்டபட்டு அதில் 49 பேர் குற்றவாளிகள் என தீர்ப்பளிக்கப்பட்டது...

49 பேரில்:
• 38 பேருக்கு ம*ண தண்டனை.
• 11 பேருக்கு ஆயுள் தண்டனை.

இந்த வழக்கில் 17 ஆண்டுகள் கழித்து தீர்ப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டது

சிறப்பு நீதிமன்றம் 38 பேருக்கு மரண தண்டனையும், 11 பேருக்கு ஆயுள் தண்டனையும் விதித்தது.

அதன் பின் மேல்முறையீடு செய்யப்பட்டு நேற்று
2026 ஜூலை 7 அன்று குஜராத் உயர்நீதிமன்றம் 38 பேரின் மரண தண்டனையையும், 11 பேரின் ஆயுள் தண்டனையையும் உறுதி செய்தது...
