#TransgenderMenace Dear @BlrCityPolice @DgpKarnataka This is to bring to your notice the menace of transgenders in the city. I was recently in a Grihapravesha of a relative and a gang of thuggish Mangalamukhis speaking Tamil descended at the venue and hosts gave them ₹500 and sent them. They threatened anything else than ₹5000/- is not acceptable and began cursing. They told a bigger gang will come. Sure enough next morning they directly entered the flat and showered obscene words and gestures stopping all rituals that were underway. Until they collected ₹5500 and went away showering abuses on the way out.
Now, please don't ask me location or other evidences. Since it is not limited to one place. Visit any Wedding or Grihapravesha and you will witness them spewing abuses and indulging in obscene and rowdy behaviour.

Yesterday at the newly inaugurated multi-level car parking in Gandhi Bazaar, I saw dozens of luxury cars parked by a dealer — clearly misusing it as their private yard.
Public parking purpose defeated. Many vehicles entering for parking had to return as no slots were free, even though the LED board showed ~90 available.
Request authorities to look into this urgently.

"A minor girl was harassed in Nasik." 🚨

When will India be safe for girls? Every day
we hear incidents of harassment, yet police and govt don't take them seriously.

The victim girl wrote on instagram;

"Today, on March 5, I experienced something no girl should ever have to go through. As a 17-year-old girl, I should feel safe running in my own city, but today proved otherwise. I started my run at 6:30 AM and completed 10 km by around 8:00 AM near Vidya Vikas Circle.

While I was beginning my 11th kilometer, a man on a grey Jupiter scooter suddenly rode past me and touched my butt. Before I could even process what had happened, he sped away and took a turn near the dosa point about 50 meters before Vidya Vikas Circle. I was yelling and crying for help, but people around me just stood there staring, as if I had done something wrong. No one stepped forward to help.

This happened in broad daylight, on a public road, near my own society. No girl should have to feel this violated and helpless while simply going for a morning run. There are people like this roaming freely on our streets, and they deserve to be identified and punished. I am speaking up not only for myself, but for every single girl and woman in Nashik who deserves to feel safe in her own city.

We should not have to live in fear while doing something as basic as running in the morning. TAG Nasik Police IN THE COMMENTS AND SHARE THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE Please take this seriously and take action. This cannot keep happening. I want justice! 🚨"

Education Without Responsibility Is a Lie

Education means nothing when people clean their own homes but throw garbage on the roads or in front of someone else’s house. Cleanliness is not the responsibility of the municipality alone; it is equally the duty of every citizen to keep their surroundings clean and hygienic.Such irresponsible behavior reflects a lack of civic sense and respect for society. Throwing waste in public spaces not only spreads filth and disease but also shows disregard for the people who live around us. A truly educated person understands that cleanliness does not end at their doorstep it extends to streets, neighborhoods, and public spaces.These practices create a negative impact on society, damage the environment, and undermine collective efforts like Swachh Bharat. Roads and public areas are shared spaces, and treating them as dumping grounds is unacceptable. Civic sense, discipline, and social responsibility are just as important as formal education.
If we expect clean cities and a better future, people must change their mindset. Real education is reflected in actions, not certificates. Respect for public spaces, proper waste disposal, and responsibility toward society are essential for building a clean, healthy, and civilized nation.
