I got these calls from Bescom asking for address but they are unable to locate my house and have cut the call. When I call back, they are not picking up

Your official phone number mentioned on Google is showing as invalid. It's been 30 mins since I registered an emergency complaint with Bescom. They haven't even switched off the power supply.

@NammaBESCOM why are there multiple power cuts everyday? In the last 30 mins there have been two power cuts. Every quarter your team says that the line is getting repaired/ upgraded.

@OlaElectric My scooter is showing a high temperature warning and is not starting even though the temperature shows normal in the dashboard. It has not been on charge, not driven or not under the sun for couple of days. Have restarted it but to no avail.

@NammaBESCOM @CMofKarnataka It has been more than 1 hour when this emergency situation was reported to Bescom. The electricity is still low on 20% of total voltage. Sub station did not even bother to do a power cut while they repair. They clearly want fire and short circuit. @CMofKarnataka

The substation number 9449877177 is busy for the last 1 hour. No way to contact. Your engineers want fire. This is second such instance in the last 6 months.

@NammaBESCOM As per our telephonic conversation only the ticket raised today morning was resolved. None of the other docket numbers have actually been resolved nor have they been addressed. There is another power cut right now.
