@karunanundy @icewatervapour True!! as Ashravakra said, we, like cobblers, are (always) looking at the skin and not the soul… (cobblers do it as part of their occupation, we do it as we hv nothing better to do) SoMe has largely contributed to body shaming :(

I agree; we once had a nodule on the scalp in an elderly male,( cl dx cyst!) and there was extensive cribriforming to almost suggest an Adenoid cystic ca till we got a serum PSA done > 100 ng/ mL. Had forgotten briefly that Ca prost is the first to be ruled out :)
