Disgraceful service from @Plusnet #movingdept They cut off my #broadband 2 days early b4 moving Oct 19, failed to connect me in new place & now say they can’t do until Nov 8! When I said I’d like to leave, they threatened me with cash penalty.They broke the contract, not me! ☹️

I had a guitar smashed on a flight with @AerLingus a few weeks ago. I've tried the various online routes they make you go down to claim for this horrendous damage, but they have ceased to communicate with me. Share if you agree this is unacceptable behaviour for an airline.
