[Patrick @partryque]

@KenyaPower_Care Hi, My token gets 4.02 units when I pay ksh 100 yet others get 5.66 units for the same amount. Why the discrimination?? Is there something wrong with my token?

[Patrick @partryque]

@KenyaPower_Care What if the consumption reduces to below 100 units, can the tarriff revert to lifeline?

[Patrick @partryque]

@KenyaPower_Care Can you return ...412 to the cheaper tarriff?

[Patrick @partryque]

@KenyaPower_Care This one 14252730412 gets the 4.02 units, the rest get 5.66 units like this one 14252730297. NB. These are tokens of my rentals.

[Patrick @partryque]
