@AvantiWestCoast I have a reservation for the 9:35 Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston service tomorrow which has been cancelled. Network Rail info says I can get the prior service with my ticket but this is a peak time service and I have an off-peak ticket - will this be OK?

@gohenry I understand there are limits you have to have in place but I shouldn't have to trawl through an FAQ to find them, they should be front and centre on the limits section of the app!

@gohenry You should really make your 10 transactions per day limit apparent on the LIMITS section of the app. Very embarrassing for a teen when their card gets declined around their peers for no obvious reason.

@SnoopApp What's the point of the notifications I get from the app? They never take me to anything relevant, just the main dashboard and then no mention of what they were saying. Eg I just got one about BoE base rate changes but when I click on it no mention in the app.
