&Sue Moran were my interns @PennMedicine@PennCancer on inpatient onc service. @AngieDemichele was the fellow. This was rare- an all women team. 2 weeks ago I was on the same service, an all women team- happens all the time. Progress.
Last night we celebrated the legacy of Dr Ross Donehower who, as Fellowship Director, helped launch generations of leaders in the field of oncology. @hopkinskimmel is grateful for his contributions that have made our Center what it is today and what it will become in the future.

About the smile: the standing ovation also meant that people saw what I knew: behind every one of these bars is a patient. I know every name and have seen almost everyone. I know their stories and their children. And I believe many are cured because of this. #ESMO22#ChalabiPlot
