2026 started on such a crappy note...and it continues to spiral down for worse...I hope I can be strong and resilient to get through it...and come out without being beaten down too much !!

The mountains called...I hesitated for a while..then gave in..because I needed a break!! Even though my social battery has been completely drained, I am trying to steal some me time among this...which has given me some time to do some thinking...about where do I fit in..

Delhi = my dil ka sukoon...trip back home always calms me down...shows on my anxiety levels, my health numbers, my sleep !! However rushed this trip was, was more than worth it !!!
Parenting...such a tough job...you do hundreds of things right and never take the credit..and mess up on one thing..you beat yourself like nothing !! Sigh..I hope I can learn to be kinder to myself !!!
