@airvistara @airvistara do have upgraded seats available but they want us to pay additional £350-£850 for upgrade. This is after we paid for all our meals ourselves thanks to British Airways and @airvistara

@airvistara This seems ridiculous to ask for more money.
Systems between BA and Vistara should talk better. We were waiting for the new flight for over 24 hrs sitting at airport for more than 10 hours without food and drink. Paying out of pocket do we really deserve this?

@airvistara We were supposed to be home on Dec 22 but our good luck still siting at airport.
I requested the customer service rep the whole thing but here I’m explaining the whole thing again.

@airvistara We would like to upgrade our seats as a compensation which was promised by BA but when we tried to request that @airvistara completely denied the request and said they hd nothing to do BA. And asked to charged additional money for upgrade. As I paid $2500 to book my ticket.

@airvistara Now no one is taking responsibility and we are stuck in between. Sucks to be in this situation when you paid $2500 for a ticket.
Please look into it I beg you, it is frustating and tiring.

@British_Airways There is nothing wrong with weather we’re on the runway and then took a detour back to @yvrairport, other fights are leaving.
So who is paying for the time we lost. Plus meals and accommodation cost for this mess?
They told us come back at 6PM YVR time for check in.

@British_Airways my sister & 2 young children have been sat on plane BA0084 in @yvrairport for over 8 hours (plus 10 hrs in airport). They were told flight would be leaving 2hrs ago but are now going back to gate & haven’t been fed. Appalling! There better be a good solution!😡

@British_Airways There is no snow anymore, and no reason justify passengers being stuck on the plane without food for 9 hours.
If there is delay accommodate the passengers who paid over $2000 for tickets

@British_Airways Vancouver flight BA085 Dec 20 or atleast we were supposed to leave on that day. After almost 24 hours of waiting standing in long ridiculous lines waiting in plane over 10 hours still waiting at YVR to get an update.

@British_Airways @yvrairport it sucks when you pay over $2,500 for ticket and still get crappy service.

@CitImmCanada can you please tell me what is the process of getti g approval letter when everything is done for my study permit? My visa is approved and passport is stamped but I DIDNOT GET APPROVAL LETTER required for TRAVEL!!
