Although I have not seen any official statement.

Her name is Rita Kaushik.

She was the Principal Family Court Judge in Jaunpur Uttar Pradesh.

In December 2024 Atul Subhash named her in his 81 minute video and 24 page suicide note.

He alleged she demanded Rs 5 lakh bribe for a favourable verdict in his case.

He alleged a court clerk demanded Rs 3 lakh just to schedule hearing dates.

When he refused the alimony order came. Rs 80,000 per month.

Atul Subhash died on December 9 2024.

No FIR was filed against Rita Kaushik.

No inquiry was ordered.

On June 6 2025 she was promoted to District Judge.

Atul Subhash’s case is adjourned to November 2026.

The accused in his death are on bail.

The judge he named is now a District Judge.

This is the system Indian men are fighting.

Dear Bankers, understand this clearly (FIR):
This is what I’m facing for raising your voice.

Earlier, I received 7 legal notices from UPGB.
Now, FIR from Rajasthan Gramin Bank.

When raising genuine issues becomes a crime…

Expose problems → FIR
Speak up → Harassment
Demand accountability → Legal threats

FIRs are being filed simply for highlighting publicly available information and speaking up for banking staff.

Is this how the system responds to transparency?
Instead of addressing staff harassment, mismanagement, and real ground-level issues, energy is being spent on silencing voices. But intimidation won’t work.

I have not created or fabricated anything, only shared what is already in the public domain and circulating widely.

My fellow Bankers now I need all of you and if you are with me then I promise:
→ I will continue to speak.
→ I will continue to raise issues.
→ I will strongly fight this lawfully.
→ And I will not let you down.

Voices cannot be suppressed. Truth cannot be buried.

🚨 KYC Irregularities Flagged. Whistleblower Suspended. What Is #SBI Trying to Silence❓

Banker raises concern about improper KYC practices and potential money mule accounts.

Result? → SUSPENSION.

Manager (Compliance & Risk) at State Bank of India, reportedly flagged serious KYC irregularities that could expose the banking system to fraud or even terror financing risks.

Instead of a transparent investigation, she has now been placed under suspension for allegedly damaging the bank’s reputation on social media.

This raises serious questions:

Is raising compliance concerns a crime?
Should whistleblowers be punished instead of protected?
Will internal pressure silence officers who speak about risks?

If KYC lapses are possible in a bank with 53+ crore customers, shouldn’t the focus be on investigation rather than retaliation?

The public deserves clarity.

What exactly happened inside #UPGB?

I openly accept every legal notice sent to me. My advocate has already replied to each one of them. We have also sent a formal representation to @Bankofbaroda seeking institutional clarification.

Now the real question:

❓Were these notices sent in personal capacity?
❓Or with the knowledge and permission of Bank of Baroda management?
❓Was this an organised attempt to silence the voice of a banker?

Chairman #YS_Thakur, instead of using RMs as tools to send fashion notices, please focus on doing something good for your own bankers.

If leadership works with integrity, GMs and RMs will follow.
If management stops harassment and exploitation, no banker will need to raise their voice.

We are not here to defame anyone.
We are here to criticise what is wrong and support what is right.
We hope for better governance, not confrontation.

Now, Mr. Chairman, the decision is yours.

Silence a voice or correct the system.
