@AirCanada Reaching out to Air Canada with your unique question is impossible. Phone doesn't work in India. Phone wait time in Canada is more than one 1 1/2 hour. No provision to talk to a real person. There no email address to send queries to. It's just one way communication.

@aircanada Higher than normal calls? Airlines are charging higher than normal fares. Then why not add higher than normal staff to answer to your customer's questions. No provision of email communications and no response on telephones. Doesn't sound like world class airlines.

@AirCanada It's UNFAIR, that Air Canada is asking passangers who had booked return ticket for Aug1from Delhi to Toronto, to take a refund. Why can't Air Canada honor their booked return back to Toronto? It's forcing these passangers to buy expensive return tickets to Canada.
