@BradSpellberg@ABsteward@nkhlsngh We just don't do it here at my place CH and go for the 72 hours or symptoms like sudden headache/cough/other focus if there is no fever as a trigger for clinical evaluation/antibiotics.
Easy to understand for patients and nurses. Never did FQ prophylaxis here
@Morrigain2@FlorianDreaming Philosophiefrage.
@96f20P_JRoToole@unhealthytruth Even salt is poisonous at a specific dosage. Your entire lifetime of Tdap boosters exposes you to ~15mg aluminum total. You absorb more than that from food in a single week.
@96f20P_JRoToole@unhealthytruth Bro it absolutely is!
But the dosage is the poison and the amount of the aluminum in some normal food is so much higher that the amount in the blood after the first pass effect (see oral availability) is still the same!
@Shamaghshash@DrNeilStone@unhealthytruth There is more mercury in tuna for example - no enormous amount. It was used as a preservative.
It isn't anymore in first world country's because it's easy to substitute today. Hope that helps.
