@RiseFibre i have been complaining about my contract since December of 2025 and yet nothing has been done. I have told you repeatedly that your door to door sales man told me my plan is 29pounds. But you have refused to address the matter since December after numerous calls
@TSB And all she could tell me was that that card had to he cancelled. Same thing happened when I book a flight outside the UK. So you have replaced my credit card twice in a space of 1 year claiming you noticed fraud. So you keep flagging false positives and cancellikg my card
@TSB However you guys blocked my card. I have called the fraud team and provided all details and I am being told my card won't be unblocked and that I am not using a secured website when I am 100 percent sure I am in the UK government website.
@TSB Like I said previously I spoke to an Indian lady whom kept telling me repeatedly like a robot that the UKVI site i visited is not a safe website. Either she or your system dont know that payment APIs use a different url. Both are dumb.
@TSB Sorry there is no way I will waste my time speaking to the unhelpful fraud team but I am leaving an audit trail as I have made every avenue to solve this. How can tou cancel cards everytime. People have payments to make.
@TSB This is the second time you guys are canceling my card in a space of 1 year. I have told her my card should not be canceled and I need to make my payment max by tomorrow. If I dont meet that deadline I am closing all my TSB accounts and moving them to my lloyds account.

@TSB I follow the 3 strike rule of customer service and if you cannot attend to my issue after 3 calls sorry you can't have my money. calling you for 3 whole days no response. I know you are carrying out fraud prevention but the least you can do is pick up a call.

@AshleyHomeStore I will never buy any stuff from these guys or even refer anyone. What a joke of a company. I spent about 6k cad for a sofa and a bed. Sofa came late. Bed came damaged screws missing. We have called up to 10times up to a month we are still sleeping on the floor.
