@OptimumHelp Service and tech were not at all satisfactory. I canceled but am still being charged for an entire month of service. I’ll happily pay for what I’ve used (or even more, but I can’t pay $200 for nothing). You pro rate bill for account setup, but not for close? #Awfuloptimum
