It is disgusting how the government preach about mental health being as important as physical health, yet when someone goes into A&E with a broken arm they are treated within hours. If someone goes in wanting to kill themselves they're turned away and left to their own devices.

for World Mental Health Day work were planning a fundraiser, so I spent the last week frantically making worry worms... for them to cancel last minute. Bare in mind I work in a mental health trust. Outrageous. There was no acknowledgement all day.
