@luxuryluke I don’t think so. For us and our use-case it’s been working out real well. But there are lots of variables depending on how you’ll use it, and seemingly a lot of good options available. Thankfully, lots of good shared info out there on this stuff!

@luxuryluke Yes that’s the one! And yes, the jackery has been great. They have some funky solar requirements/limitations, but we normally just charge the unit off the alternator while driving which works perfect for us.

This new 16” MBP is great. Sure it’s fast, the screen is sharp & beautiful. But I’m mostly impressed by the battery. I can actually use it as a laptop and not be constantly concerned with running out of juice. Praise be.
