A Blue Whale was spotted off the coast of Vancouver Island yesterday. The largest animal to ever grace this planet. The largest dinosaur weighed around 85 tons. Some male Blue Whales weigh as much as 200 tons. A Blue Whale's heart is 6 feet wide and weighs 400 lbs.

For a few hours last weekend, we had 2 of the greatest triathletes in the world in Caledon. Thanks to @simonwhitfield & @lisabentley (two captains for the @protriorg Edmonton Triathlon in July). The dynamic duo swim at our @JamesDick_JDC Quarry and helped with our Kids Tri.

2 @CBCOlympics Gold Medalists (@simonwhitfield 2000 Tri), Larry Cain 84 Canoe, have sold out 3 consecutive Stand Up Paddle Classes at our C3 @JamesDick_JDC quarry tonight. Going to be fun to have 2 Canadian Gold Medalist on the same Caledon Beach sharing their paddling skills.
