I know people are mad about affirmative action being dropped but not everyone who attends college graduates. Just because you get in doesn't mean you don't have to do the work to get the degree. Like getting into a college doesn't guarantee success. Your work ethic does.

Women comes to the office. She is 44 years old. Regular menstrual periods. She has burning with urination, urinary urgency & frequency. Happens every month around the time of her period, lasts 1-2 weeks. All urine cultures are negative. Vulvar exam is normal. What do you do?
