@thetrainline unable to use the mobile app to purchase a monthly season ticket. Was told to update my iOS to version 17, update trainline app, restart mobile and then to be told that trainline will be implementing a fix on Sunday. Itโs not acceptable?!
@thetrainline I already know this but what about the fact that due to trainlines technical App issues I couldnโt buy the ticket I usually purchase?! I had to pay extra to buy tickets!
@thetrainline Absolute rubbish service. I had to buy two return journeys over 2 days as the app doesnโt work! I even called customer support this morning to be told I cannot have a refund as I have used my tickets.
@thetrainline The app wonโt allow me to buy the monthly flexi ticket as the button to pay doesnโt do anything. Itโs now costing me a days rate to purchase a ticket!
