When confronting the employee, the said they all do it.

Which is great, you have parent n child parking but your staff seem to think it’s staff parking.

She thought it was ok to park in parent n child and then go start her shift.

I spoke to a manager, she came out and moved her car.

When I confronted her. She just said everyone does it
