[UPSC COMPENSATORY ATTEMPT | JUSTICE & REFORMS @UnfairCSAT23]

The principal bench of the Hon'ble CAT has given its judgement today in our case. The copy of the order is expected to be uploaded shortly on the website of Hon'ble CAT.

With the greatest of respect towards the Hon'ble court, we politely, firmly and fundamentally disagree with this judgement and are appealing against this very shortly to the division bench of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court.

Our legal team headed by our respected lawyers is of the firm opinion that this judgement will not hold in higher courts as prima facie it appears that the Hon'ble CAT has not even gone through many important contours of the case.

We are exploring all possible options available under the constitution of India and law of the land including that of a peaceful assembly on the ground which is our democratic and fundamental right under Article 19(1) of the constitution of India.

In the 75th year of independence which is also highlighted as the #AzadiKaAmritMahotsav , our respected 'Bharat Mata' is crying today seeing this injustice being done on the #UPSC aspirants who will lead this country. It is the solemn responsibility of the Government of India to act as our 'parens patriae' and wipe these tears which is in the eyes of thousands of aspirants and their families.

With folded hands and tearful eyes, we once again humbly request to the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji, Hon'ble Home Minister Shri @AmitShah ji, Hon'ble Minister for @DoPTGoI , Shri @DrJitendraSingh Ji to take cognisance of our pain and listen to us.

UPSC in its press release is claiming that they uploaded paper on the same day of exam i.e. 2nd of July but on their website it shows 3rd of July.

@upsc_official Difficulty level of EO/AO paper and APFC paper was somewhat similar so even if we assume that news of paper leak was just a bizzare then why there is a drastic difference between EO/AO and APFC selected candidates from Prayagraj and Lucknow centres ??

#UPSC has released press release and vindicated itself of any paper leak allegations without conducting any proper inquiry.
However students raised paper leak issue of #APFC on 2nd July itself and the results pattern further established the allegations.
