I ordered a dishwasher on 5 Dec with delivery, install and haul away of the old one. Email specifies all three to occur on 11 Dec. Day of delivery i get an email that says "if" delivery person cannot install a licensed plumber will be scheduled. They drop off a large appliance in the middle of my kitchen and leave without taking the old one. Only after calling do they tell me I am scheduled for 24 December for install. They waited until 11 December to even schedule the install. On top of that, they scheduled someone for a gas stove so the process starts over again, still waiting on the supposed call back. Kitchen is a mess now through the holidays. At least if they picked up the old one I would have room to work and just install myself. Not a happy customer, will just call the local appliance center next time and have it all done the same day. Please tell your people to call me back ASAP and at least send someone to pick up the old dishwasher.
