@AmericanAir I don’t trust you all since you’ve left me stranded 3X in the last 2 months. I’d like to switch to delta so I can actually get home and your agent will not help after a 30 minute hold on the EP line. And I’m being lied to that you can’t switch me to delta as there’s “no seats”
