Don’t regret please action and take required guidance from @AjaySingh_SG Responsiveness from customer support is biggest pain point, no one ever acknowledges the issue. This time again I ended paying 17k for carrying my Sitar for a session where I don’t take money. Last time I flew OG staff wasn’t there at Mumbai Airport to carry my luggage and we missed flight and have to book another one because traveling or reaching same day was must. I’ve not been compensated for a loss of more a lakh that I ended spending for no fault of ours. That’s the price we pay to keeping our culture our music alive..! You guys are only adding to decades of oppression in the region of Mithilanchal

There’s the huge difference in boarding a flight from Mumbai to Delhi vis-à-vis to Darbhanga and that difference is called “gap of equity” and that gap in equity is compensated by giving ‘thekua’ to PM of France. We should promote our culture but also equally focus on uplifting the people who have been deprived for decades now. The AIIMS in Darbhanga is still a wall. @mishranitish ji @samrat4bjp ji, people of Mithilanchal are loosing patience 🙏🏼🙏🏼
