My partner is in security. He does gigs, tours, festivals, COP events and so on & I massively support this.

It scares me when he talks about the fact that many of the guys that work on the same jobs can't or don't speak English.

I worked with him at Oasis recently just for the day as a steward & when you see such a huge venue with thousands of people you need to know that your team can communicate with you effectively over the radio.

Its a massive security risk and I don't know how the standards have dropped so much to allow it when it comes to people's security.
