@MollyJongFast The problem in many sectors of the economy is they aren't required to be insured by independent insurer. My dad said oil rigs used to have Lloyd's of London come visit and inspect. Now they are self insured and you get Deepwater Horizon.

@YakimaCityFire My neighbors installed a wood stove in a shed, not to code, lacks clearances, doesn't have certified chimney. Seems like a fire hazard so I contacted Yakima code enforcement but haven't seen ant changes...I'm afraid you will have show up before they ever do.
