Starting Monday every @bombocommunity employee gets Claude Desktop + Cowork access, no matter the area. Plus a token budget to spend on whatever other AI platform they need.

IT and Product teams get Claude Code $200/mo each.

Weekly training included because honestly there's no way to keep up with this pace otherwise.

Last Friday, at @bombocommunity I personally laid off 16 people. 80% from IT.

It was not a tough decision. A new paradigm is emerging. Lean structured companies will rise and old ones are going to be forced to do the same if they want to survive.

Although we've been growing our revenue 60%+ YoY, our projections for this year, being an AI-first company since Friday and without taking into account any growth, we would be 15x more profitable. I repeat, without any growth.

Now, I will fulfill my dream of making @bombocommunity a product and features shipping machine!

The future runs on code that writes itself, orchestrated by people who never stop learning.

During this process I had to let go really important people, not only talking about the job but on a personal level. But this is the life I chose.
